The one thing that breaks my heart every time I see it happening is abuse towards animals. So when I saw Beren's post, I knew I'd be doing whatever I could to help out. This organization needs all the help it can get, even if it's just spreading the word; you never know who's ear you'll catch.


ihlanya posted about this and she didn't ask us to repost, but I thought it was good cause and deserved some recognition. Near her up in Scotland there is an animal sanctuary called Willows which is a registered charity, but they have been hit by the recession. They are in danger of closing, which would mean all the abused animals they home would have to be put to sleep. They look after animals which cannot be re-homed with other people because of the abuse they have suffered, so there is no alternative for them.
